• Chief Accounts Officer: Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or of Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India with required experience.
• Harbour Master: Must hold a certificate of competency as Master of Foreign Going Ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India or a equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India.
