Eligibility Conditions & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- The candidate must possess an LLB degree, LLM degree, or a higher qualification in law from a recognized university, college, school, or institution.
- The qualification should have been obtained within the three years preceding the date of application.
- Additionally, if the candidate is a practicing advocate, they must not have more than five years of practice experience.
Computer Proficiency:
- The candidate should have a good working knowledge of computers.
Physical and Mental Fitness:
- The candidate must be of sound mind and body and free from any physical or mental disabilities that would make them unfit for the assignment.
Disqualifications:
- A candidate who has been found guilty of a criminal offense by a court of law or has been involved in any misconduct as determined by a competent authority is ineligible to apply for the position.
